Winter's return

Things was perked up here in Revelstoke! Cold temps in snow , I didn't even know it did that anymore.  We received about 15cms of cold smoke last night and it improved the skiing at the resort to say the least. Skiing in bounds was great up top and the crust was not felt until about half way down the Stoke chair. Slack country as really good! If you stuck to more mellow terrain you didn't touch the bottom but in the steeper trees a crust was felt. Even with a bit of a crusty bottom ( nothing worse than a crusty bottom) is was great skiing and if anyone is one the fence about making the trip the temps are holding.Loads of lines left in the slack and North/Greely, temps should remain for the next few days at leashtowever I think Banff is the place to be tomorrow.  Enjoy.
