        Naked Nutrition

Most nutritional supplements on the market are full of ingredients you can’t pronounce let alone know what they do. They are mostly fillers to increase the brand’s profits, sugars and flavour to make the supplement taste better which also makes them worse for you. It is very difficult to find a brand of nutritional supplements that keeps things simple, until now. Naked Nutrition is a company that makes supplements that use very few ingredients with no additives so you get more of what you need and paid for and less junk.

In the past, we’ve reviewed other nutritional supplements like those from Gnarly and their Vegan Protein, Performance Greens, Fuelâ‚‚O, Collagen, BCAAs and Creatine. While they make great products with minimal additives, Naked Nutrition has taken things to the next level.

I was sent Naked Nutrition’s Pea Protein Powder, Branched Chain Amino Acids and Creatine Monohydrate Powder for testing. I found the products to be fairly priced, of good quality, tasty and most important of all, free of any additives and junk that I didn’t want to ingest. Read more if you want to learn about each of these Naked Nutrition supplements as I dig a little deeper into each of them.

        Naked Nutrition

        Naked Nutrition Pea Protein Powder
If you are looking for a plant-based vegan option to whey protein (which Naked Nutrition offers) and you are not a fan of soy, then Naked Nutrition’s Pea Protein Powder might be right for you. There is only one ingredient, that being ‘pea protein’, there are no fillers, additives or artificial sweeteners added which keeps things simple and healthy. Extracted from the highest quality yellow split peas grown on US and Canadian farms that practice sustainable and earth-friendly farming, Naked Nutrition’s Pea Protein Powder helps to reduce your carbon footprint.

Naked Pea Protein Powder is mechanically extracted from yellow split peas without the use of chemicals which results in a superior amino acid profile that is beneficial for muscle growth and post-workout recovery. Naked Nutrition Branched Chain Amino Acids
Naked Nutrition’s Branched Chain Amino Acids or BCAAs help promote muscle development, improved exercise performance, and faster recovery after workouts. Branched Chain Amino Acids reduce muscle fatigue during exercise and repair damaged muscle fibres faster for a quicker recovery, helping you to perform better and more often.BCAAs also increase circulating oxygen levels and preserve glycogen stores, both of which promote exercise endurance helping you to reach your fitness goals faster. Leucine, one of the three BCAAs, plays a significant role in BCAA's effectiveness for building muscle. It stimulates muscle-protein synthesis, which is necessary for growth and recovery4 Naked BCAAs have a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine, to optimize lean muscle mass growth.

Naked Nutrition’s Branched Chain Amino Acids are of the highest pharmaceutical grade, fast dissolving so they are easy to mix with water or add to a shake, and rapidly absorbed. They are of course free of any artificial additives and a great way to boost your overall health and performance.

        Naked Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Powder
Creatine provides your muscles with additional energy so you can perform better at the gym or while skim racing or sprinting and is widely recognized by researchers as safe and effective. Creatine is naturally found in your body’s cells and improves strength and performance by replenishing adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which acts as fuel for muscle contractions. Increasing creatine concentration in your muscle tissue reduces fatigue during exercise and allows you to recover quicker and perform at your peak level.

Naked Creatine has only one ingredient which is pure creatine monohydrate which is one of the most well-researched supplements. Naked Nutrition’s Creatine Monohydrate Powder is of course free of any artificial additives and easy to add to your daily routine by adding it to your greens or smoothies. It is fast dissolving and rapidly absorbed after ingestion. If you are looking to increase the effectiveness of your workouts, increase strength, and muscle mass, and improve exercise performance then you’ll want to try Naked Nutrition’s Creatine Monohydrate Powder.
