Quick and Dirty West Ymir = Payoff

Headed into West Ymir for a quick lap to get away from it all today. It's always a little tricky to avoid getting pulled toward Prospector Bowl  but we kept off the ridge, stayed a little low and popped out right where we wanted to be. We basked in a bit of sunshine on the way up and met some folks who were coming down off the flank of Ymir Peak. Thegroup split and dropped in at two different points. A nice long line with boot-top powder all the way down. There's good snow to be had if one ventures a little beyond the boundaries and into the backcountry. This is a super speedy lap, also. About a 2 hour turnaround.

Lots of snow. Remember to put your boots into "ski mode." Much more support
