Hilaree Nelson Education Scholarship Program for Women

It's Year 3 of the Blizzard Tecnica W2W Hilaree Nelson Education Scholarship Program, a source of support and funding offered to women in pursuit of furthering their education and knowledge in snowsports. 



An inspirational athlete and empowering leader, Hilaree Nelson died in an avalanche while skiing off the summit of Mt Manaslu just a few months ago. Her scholarship program lives on in her name, and aims to instill confidence and empower women so that they know they belong in the snow sport space. Number of scholarships awarded is dependent on the total requests, and financial support ranges from introductory courses to top level certifications, as well as a pair of Blizzard skis and Tecnica ski boots. 

Applications are open until Dec. 19 2022, and scholarships will be awarded sometime early January. You can visit the application page here.
