Big jumbo area.
Hey everyone im new to this forum, :)
im planning a mission to snowmobile-splitboard-camp jumbo glacier area & surrounding areas from friday this week untill the following monday. I have been monitouring the weather and avi conditions for the purcells. Has anyone been in the area and can add a little info on the pack and its stabilty?
Any details and advice much apprectiated!

I was out there on Nov24, stability was good but that may have changed by now. What I wasn't praparred for is that the bridge on the Jumbo crk road at 19km is out. This is just after the trailhead to Jumbo Pass. We were going past this point so we had to start skinning from there. There was a fair amount of water still flowing through the creek so we descided not to sled across and used a small natural bridge and start the tour there. I'm not sure if it's pasable on sled at this point (or if you are planning on heading that way) but be aware this may be a possible obstical.
