Getting lost
Hey guys and gals! I'm in the process of designing a system to help prevent skiers from getting lost, primarily in the backcountry.
I'm looking for entertaining and/or aggravating stories to find out more about getting lost on skis.

Unfortunately I've been reading the forums for a couple of years but never had a reason to create an account or post.
I'm not trying to make a sales pitch, just seeing if getting lost in the backcountry is a serious enough problem that I should continue developing a solution for it. As for it being summer: yes, my timing is unfortunate haha.
Glad to hear it's a serious forum, I could use some serious responses! 
Good morning. Andrew, here–one of the site admins. I took a spin through pylon's little survey and didn't find it overly spammy or click bait-y. We've had waaaaaay worse. I don't know that you'll get many responses to this, pylon, but you are welcome to try. We look forward to your future contributions to the site and good luck with the survey.
Click bait would be more like:"Naked man and woman get lost backcountry skiing in BC. And then something incredible happened. Learn more..."
