Scarpa has updated their popular 4-Quattro Boots for the 2023/24 ski season and they’ve added some impressive upgrades. Currently, you can choose from the SL and XT versions with a 120 and 130 flex respectively but the new 4-Quattro Pro Boots will offer up a 130+ flex rating, which makes it the lightest weight, most powerful ski boot in its class.This hybrid ski boot is a freeride-focused alpine touring boot which features a new reinforced stiffer cuff designed with a hinge point at the base of the tongue for faster power transmission. It also has a lower volume performance fit and lower stand height.
A new Secure Speed Lock4 system locks you into ski mode so there will never be any accidental switches over to walk mode when you don’t want them.
The lower shell is injected over a Carbon Core insert for enhanced torsional rigidity which helps it remain super light at only 1,555 grams.
They feature 60 degrees of friction-free cuff rotation in walk mode and are the only full-coverage Grip Walk sole on the market which provides versatility between different types of bindings and improves traction and security.
