MEC gear for summer is on sale

MEC has a heap of products currently on sale and two standouts are their VectAir UL 3 Season Insulated Sleeping Pad and Fulcrum Unisex PFD. They are both currently 30% off their already more than reasonable price, but only until August 7th so read more about each of them below and if you are in the market be sure to pull the trigger before the sale ends.

MEC VectAir UL 3 Season Insulated Sleeping Pad
When it comes to sleeping pads, comfort does not have to come at the cost of being lightweight as proven by MEC’s VectAir UL 3 Season Insulated Sleeping Pad. At 10cm thick with an R-value of 3.9 the new VectAir UL 3 weighs only 476g  for the regular size. This means the VectAir UL 3 is light enough to take on any three-season camping trip and won’t take up too much space in your pack or slow you down. The secret to its ultra-lightweight and warmth is its construction, it uses a reflective barrier and a matrix of loops within the core that traps warm air inside so you stay warmer. It packs down impressively small and inflates into a thick full-size mat in a flash thanks to the included pump sack. Priced right, light, warm and comfortable, what more could you ask for, be sure to check out the MEC VectAir UL 3 Season Insulated Sleeping Pad—you can thank us later.
