Tailgate Industries The Gondom Goggle Cover

The Tailgate Industries Gondom Goggle Cover has been a Backcountry Skiing Canada favorite since we first reviewed them over a decade ago. They are a soft goggle protector that you can easily slide over you goggle lens while they are still on your helmet. And since Tailgate has their own manufacturing facility, they have been able to create some cool and unique designs over the years.

The Gondom® is constructed with a neoprene face that is micro  fiber lined on the inside with a soft nylon for optimal lens protection and impact resistance. The outside band sewn to the face is made with a four way stretch recycled fabric (Repreve®) containing an elastic shock cord that secures the goggle cover on the goggles. Simple to use as you don’t have to remove your goggles from your helmet to fit the Gondom®. The synthetic athletic fabrics that are used are durable, dry quickly and sewn
with specific stitches for solid construction and durability. This is a simple solution for great goggle lens protection. One size fits all goggle types and its open back design accommodates helmets.
