May 5th and still dumping!

Nice to see winter is not over yet.

May 5th (almost a full month after Whitewater closed for the season) and it is still puking at the hill. Headed up today to see how much had fallen and was pleasantly surprised to find 15cm of good quality snow to ski. Sure it was not blower but it was still snow. A little heavier near the base lodge but up at the top of Summit Side it contained less moisture and made for some respectable turns. With a half dozen cars in the lot the up track was already in by the time I got my sorry ass up there. Plenty of fresh lines for those who made the trip - only wish I had time for seconds.

Hopefull this will not be the last of it for this season. Anyone else got in some turns in this month. Post a pic and some beta.
