Selkirk is at the same elevation as Sorcerer on ACMG.ca, MCR report there is a trip report from March 8th that includes some great photo's of the snowpack at 2200 meters and above.  It's spring in the valleys but still winter up high.  We really would love for these spots not to go unused.  Please email with a reasonable offer

I have checked with Selkirk on current conditions and they are having excellent skiing with 20cm's of fresh on a well settled base that is just below normal for them. They are expecting a great spring season with high sun letting them get to more terrain.  The lodge is at 2300 meters and all the skiing up from there.  If you've never been catered and guided this is the time.  With guiding there are ample choices in day length and skiing ability.  With catered you wake up to the smell of coffee and bacon, pack a fabulous lunch with fresh made treats, return after a long day to the smell of dinner and fresh appi's.  No lost ski time having to make dinner and breakfast for a lodge of guest or trying to find the best ski lines in unknown terrain.  The guides are awesome and provide a great environment to learn and have a group dynamic stress free trip .

Unfortunately my husband and I can not attend our annual friends hut trip due to a MCL tear and ACL detachment.  Our misfortune is someone else's good fortune as two spots are now available on an amazing spring trip into the glaciated terrain of Roger Pass at Selkirk Lodge. The trip is Guided and Catered, and is put on by the Owners/Operators/Guides of Valhalla Mountain Touring out of New Denver; Jasmin Caton and Evan Stevens.  Also guiding is Kate Devine, daugter of the owners of Selkirk.  With such amazing guides this trip is going to be one not to miss!
