Rogers Pass Revelstoke area
I've been splitboarding for 3 years and have my AST1 and I'm looking for some people that would like to get together and tour the Rogers Pass area for a few days sometime between December 17th and January 10th 2015-16. My normal touring partner is leaving for school during this time so i am desperate!
There is a chance before the 17th?
Because I'm leaving on the 15th...

I was hoping to join a guided group around Rogers Pass 1-3 January, but because of low sign-up numbers that's now looking uncertain. If that falls through I'd be up for getting a group together.
Background: I'm originally from Saskatoon and will be in SK visiting my parents for Christmas. I was planning to drive out to find some powder around 30 Dec. I'm currently living in the Netherlands, but have been backcountry/ski touring in the Alps since 2011, and taken various avalanche safety courses as well as glacier and ski mountaineering instruction.

I am a splitboarder. I have my AST1, shovel, probe, and beacon. I am looking to go backcountry skiing in Banff tomorrow. I dont know anyone and am itching to get out there. I am travelling through the area and would love to get out in the backcountry the 12,13 or 14 of Jan. If someone is available and interested let me know. I have AST1 and 9 years experience on split board and skis.
