I'm looking for other back country skiers to ski Nelson area, I have just got to Nelson but have previously done a seasons touring here so know it quite well.

I am avi trained and have toured for a few seasons, happy to ski with people new to touring or experienced, prefer if you have done a avi course .

I'm not looking to ski any super steep or hard stuff just into short or long days of regular ski touring and multi day hut stuff if conditions are right

I'm pretty sure I'm going to head to the Nelson area and become a ski bum for a month or two starting Feb 1.  I'm from Calgary, Alberta.  The only thing holding me back is lack of backcountry friends in the area.  Are you still looking for ski buddies?  I'd be a full time skier so would be keen to head out weekdays and weekends.  Are you able to ski weekdays too?  I'm moderately experienced with 4 or 5 seasons of experience and Avi 1 course.  I usually ski the safer areas but am up for bagging the odd steep/exposed peak on bomber days.  If you're up for shredding some pow please let me know.  Thanks,
