Soap Box Comp - Pillows the sizes of elephants

Late last year I received the amazing news I had been offered a job at Whitewater ski resort, at Nelson BC. Little did I know how insane the in bounds terrain is let alone what accesible slack country and backcountry was on offer! This made the importance of getting a proper setup a priority and to obtain my AST certs asap.... money permitting!

Anyway in the meantime myself and my housemates who also happen to work up the hill have been out into some of our 'slackcountry', small traverses into the out of bounds and we come across some amazing ski movie like quality pillow fields. Obviously with early season conditions there are still some pretty large holes on the reverse side of some, so picking your line is very important!

With one of my housemates being a filmer and myself a photographer, we are slowly stockpiling footage for a season edit, good lines, epic bails and everything in between! (edit to follow later....) Occasionally we take photos and not just video, and here are some of the results.
