Howdy all! I'm just wondering if I can get a bit of info. My questions are how more effective snowshoes are compared to split boards . I've been getting into hiking a bit more so just hoping to pick someone's brain!

2013-01-22 12:49:46Let me rephrase that. How much more effective split board is than snow shoes. There is the obvious advantage of not packing shoes on my back when I decend . I just can't afford a split setup this season and am on the fence about buying my own shoes :)
