Defining The Wild

This winter has been all about the POW. We have had a lot and it has been incredible! Skiing a whole bunch of pillows and deep tree runs almost every day since December 15th.  At the risk of being chased by an angry mob, I will be candid by saying I am looking forward to a slow down in precipitation. While I will gladly continue to ski this abundance of snow, my mind does drift to thoughts of high alpine days, summits, big lines and grand adventures on icefields.  While we are in the swing of winter, now is the time most start planning those long spring missions. Even if you don't want to spend a month in your ski boots, I highly recommend a multiday adventure and after watching Defining The Wild you may not need much more convincing.
