Tahoe Avalanche Incident ReportAs the snowpack deepens, more and more of us are getting back on our skis and boards. The avalanche was about 91m wide and 183m long with nearly a metre crown. Image courtesy of jonessnowboards.com.

The slide in the Mt Rose wilderness partially buried two individuals, and the full report of the incident is a great refresher and reminder of what we are dealing with in the backcountry.
