It's Time to Get Into Ski ShapeFor many of us the off season is filled with hiking, biking, or trail running. For others though it is a time spent relaxing at the lake or playing a round of golf. With ski season just around the corner now is a great time to start thinking about getting into shape so the first few days on skis aren’t painful. Regardless of the activities we’ve done over the summer skiing takes different muscles than we’ve probably used all summer, both on the uptrack and downhill.
There are lots of exercise plans out there, some require lots of different types of equipment or a gym membership. This video below offers a simple routine which can be done pretty much anywhere and doesn't take up a lot of time.
