"Into the Wild" bus airlifted from Alaskan wildernessThe famous bus in which Christopher McCandless lived his final days has been removed from the Alaskan wilderness. Popularised by the book "Into the Wild" by Jon Krakauer and the movie that followed, the bus drew in many individuals who were inspired by the story. People from around the world would come to make their journey into the Alaskan backcountry to visit the bus.
