Kootenay Coldsmoke Powder Fest

Backcountry Skiing Canada is once again a major sponsor of the upcoming Kootenay Coldsmoke Powder Fest which runs February 21st - 23rd at Whitewater Ski Resort in Nelson BC.

This three-day festival is a celebration of backcountry exploration with clinics, competitions, socials and demos. Be sure to come out enjoy the fun, demo some skis, participate in a clinic and stop by the Backcountry Skiing Canada booth to take home some great schwag and prizes.

We will be raising money for Avalanche Awareness Beyond the Boundaries (AABBS)  which is a non-profit society that provides free Avalanche Skills Training to youth between the ages of 12 and 18. Enter your best bid in our silent auction for any of the following prizes:
