      New Spring Apparel from Arc’teryx

Arc’teryx’s roots are firmly planted in climbing, even if the brand is more widely known today for its premium, high-performance outerwear. Instead of resting on its laurels, the company continues to innovate both in its heritage categories and in entirely new arenas, like mountain biking. For Spring and Summer, Arc’teryx introduces the Kragg Aura Shoe and the Rhoam Pant—which we dive into below—alongside a freshly updated version of the classic Gamma Hoody.

      Arc’teryx Kragg Aura Shoes
The latest addition to Arc’teryx's Kragg footwear lineup is the Kragg Aura, a pull-on approach and recovery shoe. Arc’teryx designed this model specifically to let your feet breathe, dry out, and recover between gruelling bouldering problems. Its heavily perforated Matryx upper maximizes airflow to ventilate hot, tired feet, while the INSITE PU drop-in midsole provides the plush, cushiony comfort you expect from a recovery slide. The laceless construction allows for easy on-and-off, and a collapsible heel makes transitioning in and out of your climbing shoes completely seamless.

Arc’teryx also baked several traditional approach shoe characteristics into the Kragg Aura, including a generous rubber toe cap for rocky terrain protection and Vibram Megagrip outsoles for dependable trail traction. The 2mm lug design ensures sure-footed performance on both soft and firm surfaces, making the trek to and from the crag easy while prioritizing mid-project recovery.

Thanks to its lightweight design and exceptional comfort, the Kragg Aura is just as suited for lounging around the house as it is for global travel. Its modern, minimalist aesthetic means you can casually wear it around town right after on-sighting your latest project.

      Arc’teryx Rhoam Pants
Arc’teryx has launched the all-new Rhoam mountain bike collection, featuring a hybrid jacket, pants, and shorts engineered with articulated patterning for unrestricted movement. Available for both men and women, each piece utilizes breathable, all-weather fabrics designed to regulate temperature and keep you dry in variable riding conditions.

The Rhoam Pants are premium, mountain-bike-specific softshell pants featuring built-in, highly breathable fabric panels and a water-repellent finish to shed trail spray. This hybrid design maps durable, wind-resistant Fortius DW 2.0 softshell fabric across the main body, paired with lighter, more breathable Aequora AirPerm panels behind the knees and along the waistband.

The riding-specific cut keeps the pants from riding up while you pedal, and the integrated dual-side waist adjusters deliver a secure fit without the bulk of a belt. Generous knee articulation ensures your pedaling motion is never impeded, leaving ample room to accommodate standard knee pads. Smartly placed lower-leg zippers allow you to effortlessly pull the pants on or off over your pads, saving valuable time and energy at the trailhead.

For storage, the Rhoam Pants feature two open hand pockets and two zippered thigh pockets. The thigh pockets are positioned to catch optimal airflow for ventilation at speed, and they open toward the back so smaller items won't interfere with your stride.

      Arc’teryx Gamma Hoody
The Gamma Hoody has been a staple in Arc’teryx’s softshell lineup for years, but for Spring/Summer, it receives notable updates to its features and material composition. It remains a highly weather-resistant, hooded softshell jacket ideally suited for hiking, ski touring, alpine climbing, and daily life.

The durable nylon/elastane face fabric now incorporates a higher percentage of recycled content and meets bluesign® criteria for sustainable manufacturing. Furthermore, the eco-friendly Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish is completely fluorocarbon-free, replacing older PFC-based coatings that contained harmful PFAS "forever chemicals."

The updated Gamma Hoody retains its signature dual zippered chest pockets—perfectly accessible while wearing a backpack or climbing harness—alongside two handwarmer pockets. A single-point adjustable, helmet-compatible StormHood™ keeps the elements at bay without restricting your field of vision. While the overall design has been updated with cleaner, more streamlined lines, the fabric’s impressive four-way stretch ensures excellent mobility for high-reaching movements.

Because the double-weave material breathes so well, the jacket excels during high-output activities like hiking and ski touring. A brushed backer adds light warmth and a soft feel against bare skin, while the rugged exterior remains tough enough to withstand serious abrasion.

And, check out the new 'Moondrop' colourway, as seen below—so appealing on so many levels.
