Women rescued while trying to save pet parrot

  • 2023-07-29 08:33:02
This story about a woman being saved by the Wales mountain rescue team caught my attention.  I just came back from a week-long training trip on mountain rescue in BC on mountain rescue.  It is funny to think I might use this training to rescue someone following their pet into peril but it does happen.  Even for me, in my past rescue carrier, I have had to go and save 2 dogs that had fallen off cliff faces, (all were OK).  So as funny and out there as these stories sound they do happen.
