Tree Well Rescue

I'll be sure not to ski with that group! One shovel amongst them (maybe two but only one got assembled), 5 minutes to dig out a guy in a tree well. Took them almost a minute to get a shovel out. Only one guy seemed to have any idea what to do. The rest were standing around. Doesn't look like anyone had even rudimentary BC rescue training. He's super lucky that they found him so quickly and that he had some air to breathe the whole time.
Maybe to "unleash the full potential of your team" some basic safety and rescue training would be a good idea before you put them in a hazardous situation!
