Prospectors-soap box comp

Went out for a little slackcountry off the Summit side on Friday.  We went dropped by the bird house and give it a little love, put a new photo up...godspeed CB,,you are missed. 

Prospectors was nice snow.  The 5mm melt freeze crust from the south side was not to be found but the tracks from the day before had set up hard.  So any over track skiing was a bit hard and choppy.  But overall well worth the price of admission.  Watch the sleeping tiger but the goods are still there to be had if you are able to ski north and above 6000.   After today's cold all bets are off as the winds were howling and minus 21 in the am.
