    Outdoor Research Enigma JacketI love OR. In fact when I’m out ski touring I look like a walking/talking/skiing OR ad. I just find that they make good quality gear and sell it at a reasonable price. Simple as that. Since I already have OR soft shell pants and jacket as well as a base layer and gloves I was psyched to try out a hardshell. Enter the Enigma.

    I love some of the OR designs, however they're hard to get a hold of.  In Calgary nobody carries the OR pants so I was unable to try them on before buying.This is a deal breaker for me as fit is so important in BC gear.

    Agree, especially pants as I find some of OR's pants are way off if you are a tall thin ski touring build. Too bad there is not one store that carries them, then you could "showroom" - the act of trying them on locally and buying on-line. frowned upon but sometimes the only options.


    Does anyone know of places to buy OR in Cow town?
