In the full review, you indicate that the gloves don't offer much in the way of warmth. I'd like to know the cutoff temperature, ie, at what temp are these gloves not appropriate?

I would never expect a glove to keep my fingers warm below -20C. I've got the inner-liner/mitt combo for that. But I would like the gloves to be useful for downhill skiing at say -15C.

What do you think?

Hi 'Catosmr' thanks for the questions. Since everyone is different when it comes to temperatures this is a tough one. Also I think at -15C no glove will keep you really warm and a mitten would work better. I wore these gloves on colder days around -10°C and they worked ok but I still got cold after longer periods of time but I find this with any glove.

OK, thanks 'admin'! Yeah, it's pretty subjective. My cutoff is -15C for a warm glove; yours appears to be -10C. So not sure if you've got soft hands :-) or whether you've got thin gloves! We're in Eastern Canada with a normal winter day being -18C to -12C and I normally wear gloves. But (and obviously) not all gloves are created equal--I have gloves for XC skiing at -5C which are certainly not the same glove as DH skiing at -15C! I guess I'll have to see if one of my local shops has these ones.
