Sneak peek at next year’s gear: La Sportiva Synchro AT Boots
La Sportiva is entering the freeride ski touring/mountaineering category for fall 2017 with their new Synchro boots for men and the Shadow Boots for the ladies. These new boots will combine the light weight and range of mobility we all want for ski touring with the power and stiffness we need for more aggressive freeride or resort skiing. With a flex rating of 125 the Synchro’s will be able to take on challenging terrain and variable snow conditions thanks to their booster strap and carbon reinforced vertebra. A 50 degree range of motion is provided by the unique two piece tongue design which provides increased flex when climbing and forward stiffness while skiing. On the inside an overwrap Ultralon foam liner will keep your feet warm and comfortable. Built on a 102.5mm last the size 27.5 La Sportiva Synchro’s weigh in at just 1550 grams per boot. Retail price is set at $759 US.
