I wasn't able to to join for a tour, just curious what kind of conditions you found. Was thinking about a tour midweek, if someone is available?
I couldn't find any takers - so I didn't end up going.
The avalanche.ca report from today indicated a fair amount of snow in the spray lakes area. I suspect Mount Rae is a no-go if that is the case. I have never skied it - but from what I understand it has a lot of overhead risk.
